Engineering Simulations & Strength Analysis
We use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and stress-load simulations to validate the structural integrity of our components. Here’s an example from our chain wheel development below, demonstrate how our chain wheel withstands operational loads while maintaining safe stress limits.

The maximum stress is 79MPa at the reinforced ear plate,material is 34CrNi1Mo+QT σs =635 Mpa Stress is allowed σ=0.9σs = 635×0.9=571.5Mpa≥79MPa ,so the strength meets the requirements。

The maximum stress is 133.97MPa at the reinforced ear plate,material is ZG270-500, σs =270 Mpa Stress is allowed σ=0.9σs = 270×0.9=243Mpa≥133.97MPa ,so the strength meets the requirements。
